No Melt Guarantee
Warm weather? Don't worry — we've got it covered. Our team monitors delivery destination temperatures and packs ice when conditions call for it, so your chocolates arrive exactly as they should: intact, delicious, and ready to enjoy.
If your chocolate arrives melted despite our precautions, here's how we'll make it right:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the condition of the items. Claims submitted without supporting photos are not eligible for replacement.
- We review your claim. Our team will review your submission promptly.
- We reship at no charge. Once approved, we'll reship your order or replace the affected items with something of equal value — completely free.
Please note: refunds are not available for melted chocolate; we'll always replace or reship. Our No Melt Guarantee applies to correctly addressed orders on the first delivery attempt only. Once a package has been rerouted by the carrier, we cannot guarantee its condition. Double Neat reserves the right to limit the number of replacements per customer.
Delivery Accuracy
Our guarantees apply to correctly addressed orders. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, and company names where applicable.
Double Neat is not responsible for failed, delayed, or damaged deliveries resulting from:
- An incorrect or outdated shipping address provided at checkout
- A missing suite, apartment, or unit number required for delivery
- The recipient being unavailable or out of town
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipment fees are the customer's responsibility. Double Neat reserves the right to determine whether returned items are suitable for redelivery.
