When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Pre-order items: Orders that include a pre-order item will ship once all items are available. If you'd prefer to have the rest of your order shipped ahead of the pre-order item, just reach out and we'll be happy to split the shipment for you.

Meltable items: Orders containing chocolate or other heat-sensitive items follow a special shipping schedule — see below.

Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Shipping

Because chocolate deserves to arrive the way it was meant to be enjoyed, we take extra care with when and how we ship it. For orders containing chocolate or other meltable items, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This keeps your order out of non-temperature-controlled facilities and delivery vehicles over the weekend.

We also reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather events when conditions pose a significant risk to product quality. Your chocolates arriving perfectly matters more to us than a fast ship date.

During our busiest and coolest seasons — November through March — we do our best to ship chocolate orders every day of the week to keep up with demand.

No Melt Guarantee

Shipping somewhere warm? We've got it handled. Our team monitors delivery destination temperatures and packs ice as needed so your order arrives in perfect condition.

If your chocolate arrives melted despite our precautions, we'll replace it or reship it at no charge. See Our Guarantee page for full details.

Please Double-Check Your Address

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please include a complete street address and any applicable suite, apartment, or company name to ensure accurate delivery.

Double Neat is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

1. An incorrect or outdated shipping address
2. A missing suite, apartment, or unit number
3. The recipient being unavailable or out of town

Packages returned due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Double Neat reserves the right to deem returned items unsuitable for redelivery after an extended return transit.
