What's Inside: 12 handcrafted truffles

Shelf Life: 8 months

Made by: Fritz Knipschildt — one of America's most celebrated artisan chocolatiers, blending European craftsmanship with flavors that shouldn't work but absolutely do.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla, Pure Cane Sugar), Bacon, Bourbon (Alcohol), Cream (Milk), Pure Cane Sugar, Potassium Sorbate.

Allergens: Contains milk.

Q: Does it actually taste like bacon and bourbon?
Yes. The bacon is smoky and real, the bourbon is warm and present, and the dark chocolate holds it all together. It's not a gimmick — it's genuinely great chocolate.

Q: Is this a good gift?
It's the gift that makes someone stop mid-bite and look at you like you just changed their life. So yes.

Why We Love It

When we first heard "bacon and bourbon chocolate," we thought it was either genius or completely insane. Turns out it's both, and we're here for it.

Each truffle is handcrafted by Fritz Knipschildt — the guy who won Throwdown with Bobby Flay and made a truffle so expensive Forbes wrote about it.

Smoky bacon, warm bourbon, dark chocolate. It shouldn't work. It absolutely does.

This is the gift you give when regular chocolate feels too safe.

The "oh wow" to "oh cool" ratio on these is extremely high.

Pair it with: A bold bourbon, an after-dinner pour, or the realization that you've eaten six truffles and have zero regrets.
