Why We Love It

Snickerdoodles are usually the plain one in the cookie tin.

Not this one. It starts with vanilla dough and a hint of bourbon vanilla, rolls in cinnamon sugar and bakes up thick. Then the top gets a layer of sugar and a torch, the same way you finish a crème brûlée.
