Tonight is steak night at work. I am in charge of the grill for my crew of 7 and myself. Company pays for everything. NO alcohol. It’s just not right. But it is the policy. 22oz ribeye. After all the feeding of my crew they all approve.
When working - part of my job was to know the best steakhouses all over the world, and one of my faves is in CHI and I bought their seasoning by the case - this may be better as it has an essence that enhances beyond and is just fabulous. It’s the bourbon aspect that makes even better and adds/enhances even more flavor out of the steak -‘just a terrific finish on the steak!! So Good!!

It turned out very peppery, I added my Bourbon Steak seasoning after my usual dose of black pepper.
It was a hit with family that like very spicy 🔥 food, but I rather cook on the mild side and let individuals add their own additional seasonings, I would caution anyone using this for the first time that it has above average kick in my opinion but is a hearty season to use....

It’s a great seasoning mix. I’ve used it on both beef and seafood. It works well with both!
I send all my orders to my son & daughter in law they are Bourbon lovers. I know they loved the bourbon balls the carmels the brownies. I’ll check in with him on the seasoning & I’m not sure about the bourbon honey I’m sure he’ll just put on his bourbon bar as a keepsake but not sure.
