Q: Lined or blank?
Blank, so it works for tasting notes, sketches and lists alike.

Q: Will pens bleed through?
The paper is 100gsm, heavier than most notebook paper (usually 70 to 80gsm), so it holds up to most pens.

Why We Love It

The best ideas tend to show up around the second pour. Most of them are gone by morning.

This is where they go. A metal spiral across the top so it flips open with one hand (the other one's busy), thick board covers that can take a bar top, and heavy cream pages.

Use it for tasting notes, the bottles you still want to find, or the business plan you'll explain to everyone at Thanksgiving.
