The Old Fashioned is bourbon, orange, and cherry. This cookie is the same thing — just in a form you can eat.

Buttery shortbread base, tart sour cherries, candied orange peel for brightness, sliced almonds for texture, and real bourbon holding it all together. It's not a sweet cookie. It's a proper one.

Pairs with a neat pour. Also pairs with coffee. Also pairs with standing over the kitchen counter at 10pm, which we won't judge.
