Dark chocolate aged in whiskey barrels from Two Trees Distilling in Asheville. Oak, vanilla, smoke, finished with smoked sea salt. This is the one that makes people close their eyes mid-bite.

Bourbon Brownie
Rich, fudgy, baked with real bourbon — not extract, not flavoring. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, Dutch cocoa, brown butter. 3 oz of "I'll just have a small piece" that has never once worked as planned.
