Cacao Content: 68% dark chocolate
Ingredients: Cacao, Sugar*, Cacao Butter, Malt Whiskey, Smoked Sea Salt (*organic)

The Process: We age our mild dark chocolate with oak barrels from Two Trees Distilling in Asheville, North Carolina. The barrels impart layers of oak, vanilla, and smoke into the chocolate, then we hit it with smoked sea salt to bring it all together.

Carolina Crafted Collection: Local partnerships with artisan makers across North Carolina. Better ingredients, better chocolate, better together.

Allergen Info: Made in a facility that handles tree nuts, wheat, gluten, milk, sesame, eggs and peanuts. May not be suitable for people with allergies to these foods.

The Whiskey Barrel Aged Chocolate Bar was really good. The only problem I had with my order was the cold pack wasn't sufficient enough to keep the chocolates from melting/getting too soft.
